2. How long will it take to ship?

4. How to buy goods that cannot be found on the website?

6. Do you provide logistics tracking?

9. Return policy

If there are any products which you have picked up not satsify you, please contact our Customer SERVICE Representative firstly (the email or whatsapp, wechat you contact for order). We will check for you immediately

1) If we send the wrong shoes/color/size, we will resend it.
2)If we send the wrong address, we will resend it.
3) If the package is intercepted by the customs, we will not bear any responsibility, because this is beyond our control.
4)After the package is shipped, we will not accept customer cancellation of the order.
5)If the package arrives locally and is returned because the customer has not dealt with the package issue in time, then we will not bear any responsibility.
